How long does shipping take for heavy plumbing fixtures?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Larger items like bathtubs or water heaters are shipped via freight and may take 7-10 business days for delivery.
What is your return policy for installed parts?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items in their original, uninstalled condition. If a part is defective after installation, it is covered under our 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Do you offer bulk discounts for professional contractors?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for licensed professionals. Please contact our Pro Desk with your business license number to set up a commercial account.
Are all your products compliant with local building codes?
Most of our products meet national UPC and lead-free standards. However, since codes vary by municipality, we recommend checking with your local inspector before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For large commercial orders, we also support bank wire transfers.
Can I cancel my order if it hasn't shipped yet?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process, but you can still initiate a return once it arrives.
